How can I manually add a review to my website?

Add a review manually by entering the guest’s details, arrival date, rating and text via My Accommodation > Reviews > Add a review.

Step by step · 10 steps

   Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

   Step 2: Click My accommodation in the menu.

   Step 3: Click Reviews.

   Step 4: Click Add review.

   Step 5: Enter the guest's arrival date.

   Step 6: Enter the name of the guest.

   Step 7: Summarise the guest's experience in one sentence.

   Step 8: Choose the score the guest gave.

   Step 9: Enter the review itself. Below it you can optionally add scores and texts per category.

    Step 10: Click Save. If Visible? is ticked, the review appears on your website.
