How do I connect PriceLabs to my channel manager?

Let PriceLabs send your rates to Booking.com, Airbnb and other platforms through the Voyando channel manager.

PriceLabs calculates your rates every day based on market demand. With this connection PriceLabs sends those rates to all your connected booking platforms through the Voyando channel manager.

What do you need?

  • Channel Management is switched on for your accommodation (Channel Management in the menu).
  • Your own PriceLabs account (pricelabs.co).

Good to know

  • While PriceLabs is connected, Voyando no longer sends rates, minimum stay and arrival and departure days to the platforms itself. Otherwise we would keep overwriting the PriceLabs rates. Availability, bookings, messages and reviews keep running through Voyando.
  • The rates for direct bookings on your own Voyando website stay the rates you set in Voyando. PriceLabs does not change them.
  • PriceLabs sends one rate per night for the whole accommodation, not per number of guests.
  • Your markup per channel (Channel Management › Price adjustment per channel) still applies on top of the PriceLabs rates.

Step by step · 10 steps

  1. In Voyando, go to Channel Management and click Dynamic pricing with PriceLabs under the Rates setting.

  2. Click Create API key. Voyando creates a key that only gives access to your own accommodations.

  3. Copy the key right away: it is only shown once. Lost it? Click Create new key; the old key stops working immediately.

  4. Log in to PriceLabs and click Add Your Listings on the dashboard.

  5. Choose Channex in the list, paste your API key into the field and click Connect. Your accommodation appears as a listing in PriceLabs.

  6. PriceLabs picks the rate plan it updates itself. Do you want PriceLabs to handle minimum stay and arrival and departure days as well? Go to Pricing Dashboard › Review Prices › Rate Plan Customization and choose the update type Price and Restrictions. With Price PriceLabs only sends rates.

  7. Check your rates and settings in PriceLabs and switch on Sync Prices for automatic updates, or click Sync Now to send them right away.

  8. Then check on your booking platforms (for example in the Booking.com extranet) that the rates are right.

  9. More accommodations? Connect them from the Channel Management page of each accommodation. Your existing key then gets access to them; in PriceLabs you only need to refresh your listings.

  10. Stopping with PriceLabs? Click Disconnect in Voyando and switch off syncing in PriceLabs. Voyando then sends your own rates to the platforms again.
