How do I link Agoda to Voyando?

This guide is intended for property owners who use a channel manager. In the steps below, we explain how to link your channel manager to Voyando and how to connect to Agoda via Channex. This ensures that your prices, availability and bookings are automatically synchronised, allowing you to manage everything centrally from Voyando.
Approve Channex in Agoda

1. In Agoda, go to YCS > Settings > Property Settings.
   

2. Click on ‘Optional Settings’.

3. Tick or untick the Enable channel manager mode box to add or remove a channel manager.

4. Select Channex from the drop-down menu.

5. Click Save.

Link your property to your Agoda listing.

1. Log in to the Voyando dashboard.

2. In the menu, click on Channel Manager and then on ‘Activate/Manage Connections’.

3. Click on Create 

4. Select Agoda as the channel and enter the following details:

   • Title: Give the connection a recognisable name.

   • Hotel ID: Enter the Agoda Hotel ID here.

   • Test Connection: Click to check whether Channex has access to the property.

     • If an error message appears, please check your Hotel ID. If necessary, contact Agoda support to ask whether Channex is linked correctly.

5. If the test is successful, click on the Mapping tab.
   

6. Click on ‘Not mapped’ and select the correct property.
   

7. Click on ‘Save actions’
   

8. Find the link you’ve just created and click on ‘Actions’

9. Activate the link
