How do I link Airbnb to my channel manager?

Preliminary instructions:
- Make sure your full pricing schedule is complete in your Voyando Dashboard.
- Any blackout periods you’ve entered manually in Airbnb must be copied manually to the Voyando dashboard.
- Ensure that all additional charges, such as cleaning fees, are correctly set up in Airbnb.
Logging in and Navigating
Log in to your dashboard and select the correct property in the top-left corner.
Go to the Channel Manager section and activate the Channel Manager.
Click on “Activate/Manage Connections”.
Create a Connection
Click the blue ‘Create’ button to create a new connection.
In the “Channel” field, search for Airbnb and give the connection a name.
Click on the red ‘Connect with Airbnb’ button and log in with your Airbnb details.
Confirm authorisation for Channex.io.
If you are not asked here whether you want to link Airbnb to Channex, this means your property has not yet been fully registered with Airbnb.
Linking Accommodations
Once you’ve granted permission, you’ll be automatically redirected back. Click “Next”.
Link the specific property in Voyando to its counterpart on Airbnb.
Select only the property that is currently available in Voyando.
Optionally, automatically adjust the price to match Airbnb
Click on ‘Actions’ for the relevant link
Click on ‘Edit’
Channel Settings
Click on ‘Add Modifier’
You’ll see two input fields here where you can set the standard price for Airbnb to be automatically increased or decreased.
Activating the Channel Manager
Click on ‘Actions’ next to the relevant connection, then click ‘Activate’.
Then click ‘Actions’ again, followed by ‘Pull Future Reservations’
