This article is intended for hosts who use a channel manager. This feature allows you to set how far in advance guests can book your property via Airbnb. You can easily configure this via the Voyando dashboard.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Voyando dashboard.

  2. Click on Channel Manager in the menu.

  3. Click on ‘Activate/Manage Connections’.

  4. Find the relevant connection and click on ‘Actions’ next to it.

  5. Then click on Edit.

  6. Next, click on ‘Listing’.

  7. Find the correct property and click on ‘Actions’ again.

  8. Select ‘Availability settings’.

  9. Under the heading ‘Maximum advance booking’, you can enter the desired number of days.

  10. Scroll down and click Save.

Once saved, the change will be automatically applied to Airbnb.
