How do I set an additional rate per guest on Booking.com?

Set an additional rate per guest yourself via the Booking.com Extranet so that guests exceeding the basic number are automatically charged a surcharge.

This article is intended for property owners who use a channel manager. Unfortunately, we are unable to pass on additional guest rates directly to Booking.com via our integration. However, you can easily set this up yourself via the Booking.com Extranet.

On Booking.com, under the Add extra charges option, you can specify the amount you wish to charge for additional guests. This ensures that guests exceeding the number included in the base price automatically pay a surcharge.
