You can find the Voyando app in the App Store and on Google Play:

Activate
the app

Activating the app is easy:     
  1. Download the app onto your phone
  2. Log in with your existing Voyando account and email
    address
  3. When you open the app, we’ll ask you to agree to the activation as part of your subscription.
Once you’ve agreed, the app is immediately active and ready to use. From now on, you’ll receive notifications of new bookings, be able to reply to guests straight away and always have a clear overview of your lettings.
Where can I enter my company name or VAT number? Enter your company name and VAT number under ‘Landlord Profile’ in the ‘Business’ section of your dashboard, then save the details. How do I add an extra user to my Voyando account? Add additional users by first upgrading your subscription and then assigning users and permissions via the dashboard. Where can I find the invoice for my Voyando subscription? Find and download your Voyando invoice quickly via the dashboard under ‘Finance’ and ‘Invoices’. How do I change my email address? You can easily update your email address via ‘Account’ in your dashboard by entering your new email address and confirming it. How do I create a support ticket? You can easily create a support ticket via the dashboard by typing in your query and attaching a file to get help quickly. How can I change my payment details for the direct debit for my subscription? You can easily update your payment details for direct debit via your dashboard under ‘Financial’ and ‘Subscription’. Enter your new payment method.
