How Voyando links by itself
- Reviews through an invitation or the review request already belong to the booking.
- For Booking.com and Airbnb we look up the booking by reservation number, or by the guest's name and a stay that ended just before the review.
- When in doubt (for example two guests with the same first name) we do not link and you choose.
Step by step

Step 1: Go to your dashboard.

Step 2: Click Reviews in the menu.

Step 3: Is a review already linked to a booking? Then you see the stay next to the review and Booking and guest opens the booking. Email the guest sends the guest an email.

Step 4: No booking shown, or the wrong one? Click Link to booking next to a review without a booking, or the three dots here.

Step 5: Click Link another booking.

Step 6: Choose the guest's booking. The stays that ended just before the review are at the top; if there is a likely match, the message shows it.

Step 7: Click Link.
